Attorney & Founder, Law Office of Diana A. Ho-Yen, P.A. — proudly serving Florida families for more than two decades.
Experienced counsel, delivered personally.
Diana Althea Ho-Yen has practiced law in Florida since 2003, dedicating her career to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most stressful moments. Whether a client is fighting to keep their home, closing on a new property, planning for their family's future, or working through a difficult family matter, Diana brings the same combination of steady judgment and genuine care.
She founded the Law Office of Diana A. Ho-Yen, P.A. on a simple principle: every client deserves an attorney who listens first, explains clearly, and advocates fiercely. As a solo practitioner, Diana handles each matter personally — the person you meet in your first consultation is the person who will guide you through to resolution.
Her practice has a particular focus on foreclosure defense and real property matters, where she has helped families negotiate with lenders, reduce mortgage payments, and stay in their homes. She also draws on her membership in the Florida Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust Section to guide clients through wills, living wills, and estate planning.
